My refi took 4 months to process with a lot of stress towards the end just to get it done. ****** was extremely busy but why call if I was interested. Final numbers were changed a few times only because I have questioned them, from to pay over $5k, 3k, $900 then final of pay to borrower.

I've done business with LoanDepot for 3 or 4 of my mortgages and this last experience was horrible! I will say I started the process with ****** ***** and we work well with each other, until the loan was turned over to **** ********. She wrote an email to me saying she would call me the next day and introduce herself personally. We'll tomorrow came and went never heard from her. Worst experience of my life. Was lied to: was told all was in order and closing was on for 5/27/2021. I asked 42 times if all was in order due to my long drive. I was traveling in a 26 foot truck with my house from ********** ** to *********** *******.. Lack of communication and process inefficiency prevail the whole loan application process. I wasnt sure who to contact to understand the reason for process delay. My appraisal came back extremely low and felt the underwriter and loan processor probably gave up on the process already. They didnt have good remediation plan to come up alternative.
