My loan officer was great and she has done a great job so far but the experience with loan depot as a company has been awful. Every time we were close to closing something was wrong on a document or something needed to be submitted. Most of the things in my opinion should have been looked at from the beginning by the underwriter. This has made my home buying experience the worse process ever and not to mention the seller has now sent the attorney a termination agree because of how long its taking to clear to close. This is about their serving not the process upfront. The serving department is the worst i have ever dealt with in my 15 years of having 10+ mortgages. I would rather have my mortgage serviced by central Chinese government than these guys. Their menus when you call are aweful you get stuck all the time in loopholes with redundant and useless information. If you get to talk to someone, and if they do something for you, don't let go of them until you see the change in your account online. Otherwise you might as well not bother... read more
