I was looking to refinance, hopefully with a better rate. I wasnt sure who to ask or how to go about it. Well thank you thank you and those words are not enough. My loan officer, *** was a true *** to work with. She had the experience to get things done correctly but also checked on an extra tax for me - which saved me money. Anytime I called she quickly returned my calls.
masterful job done by Loandepot from start to finish and over delivered on all. ****** put they got my Refi done in 30 days flat but was told perhaps 45 days. They beat the timeframe wonderfully! never had a loan done as smoothly!

Melissa, ******, Vanessa, and the whole team work well together. Their response times were fast, and we got quotes and loan estimates for various locations typically within 2 hours of asking them. They were available, even giving cell phone numbers to reach them at any time we needed. I hated calling afew times late on a Saturday evening, but ******* and her team were open, friendly, and excited to help us ANY time I called. Thank you so much team! We love our new house!
