I purchased materials to enhance the look of our home. I have called the store several times to complain about the uneven hardwood floors, mainly connecting to the hallway. I fell a total of (4) four times, just trying to walk on the floor. I was asked to take pictures of the floor. I complained, about taking additional pictures since the store representative took pictures and found that the floor was uneven. The floor isn't the value that I had expected, and I have requested them to replace the wood that is damaged.
Scam Business!.Save your money, do not use this company. Their installers are inapt, and if you have a problem you'll just have to take pictures and email them to 500 other associates. I bought flooring but was denied my **** rebate. Be careful with Lumbar Liquidators promotions. LL may not honor their **** promotion.
2 hours ago-Edit I purchased from the East Peoria Lumber Liquidators (Store #1126), at the beginning of September and spent almost $10,000 for custom flooring. The buying process was really easy and I had great service, but after that everything went downhill. 1. Part of my flooring was shipped back due to it not passing their quality test, which delayed my timeframe. ZERO out of 5 stars was an option but thats what I would have given them. Complete ******* We ordered flooring from them in May, and the stair treads didn't arrive with the order. We were told ***** too) on more than one occasion the stair treads would be in in a couple of weeks. Well, it's Aug and they just told me AGAIN over the phone the stair treads wouldn't ship until Sept. 19th. To make things worse, the stair treads we ordered are STILL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE. Awful! Ordered wood and had us drive to Austin to pick up and was not even the right wood! Made us wait 3 wks. And the guy in Austin said he could of had it delivered in 1. Do not recommend at all! Need an overhaul in the Tyler office!
