One of the worst companies ever. Too much to list just stay away. Non existent customer service, poor product, and unhealthy. Google class action lawsuit or health concerns

Installed Engineered Vinyl Plank flooring because we were told it was harder than wood. Turns out our furniture pressed dents into the flooring. The product is soft. Also, the product curled up under the refrigerator. We called the store and they referred us to an account rep. She requested we fill out several forms and send pictures of the damage. she was supposed to come to the house and verify it with the installer. Neither came. The we got a letter telling us that the dents were caused by are moving the furniture back in... read more

I purchased flooring from there to redo my new house, my professional installer came to install it and called me saying the product was defective and he didn't feel comfortable installing it. I came to look at it and he showed me what was wrong. It was breaking and cracking when he was trying to nail it down (yes, he was using the correct size of staples, yes it was acclimated, yes he was using the correct air pressure and yes the humidity was correct) he also ran his hand across the "finished hardwood" and got about nine sp... read more

We bought our product at Auburn Hills location, and self installed hardwood floor. Associates were very helpful and informative. We are extremely pleased with the end product. We would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in flooring.

I went to the Warwick, RI store on Wednesday, January 6, 2017, and left with a sample of a Bellawood maple 2 1/4" hardwood that was posted as being on sale for 3.69 sq. ft. until January 10, 2017. The salesman actually gave me a sample, and wrote the sale price on the back. I received a follow-up call from Rodney, the store manager, the next day. I told him I would be in to buy the flooring as soon as I determined how much I needed. He said that the 3.69 was a great price. When I returned to buy the wood, a different salesma... read more

Called this company several times. They dragged their feet to respond wanting lengthy documentations and pics. Never did come out to inspect the problem for defective flooring. Just read from a script of how there was nothing wrong with the floors or how it may had been improperly installed. Flooring is less than 6 months old and will need to be pulled up and replaced at my own expense. They got my money. And have no intentions of standing behind their products warranty. Later was explained to me by LL inc customer service t... read more

In November 2015, I purchased several hundred square feet of Morningstar click lock carbonized stranded bamboo flooring to install in the second floor bedrooms of our home. I had previously purchased a similar nail down flooring and installed it throughout the first floor and stairway of my home and was very happy with it. I was also very happy with the customer service I received from Lumber Liquidators and referred many people to your store and your products. Unfortunately, the click lock flooring I purchased is an unaccep... read more
