I have a small section of my laminate floor (LAM Warm Springs Chestnut), purchased and installed through a Lumber Liquidators recommended contractor, bubble up a little over 2 years after installation. The top veneer layer has separated from the bottom layer. There has not been any liquid except Bona floor cleaner that has touched the floor, and that was applied with a Bona floor sweeper and quickly wiped away. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB about my experience with Lumber Liquidators. Their sales and installation department managers are the most incompetent, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Seriously. It took 3 weeks to get our floors installed, all because of their lack of customer appreciation. We had to reschedule the installation 3 times. Each time, we were ignored and treated rudely.
