If I could give a zero I would. We ordered bamboo flooring and it is defective. LL flooring and the companies they work with would not stand behind their product. There is no question that the material is damaged and defective. Their team came out and told us it was something we were using on our floor that made the oily spots show up. I like the flooring but the contractor they hired for me set me up for 6 1/2 months of two other contractors trying to fix his leveling mishap! Never deal with ** *********** unless you have time and patience and you talk to the owner!
Never, Never buy from this company. I bought flooring and had it installed (thru a private installer) and within a month it started coming apart/splitting cracking and buckling. I called the local store and they gave me the number in Richmond, Virginia. I was given a representative named Chande who told me I could Not get a refund for my flooring (I sent pictures of the damaged flooring to her via email). If I could give zero stars, I would. I would most definitely not recommend LL Flooring. Our story started in November 2020 when LL contracted ***** ******** to install our flooring in our downstairs area. This included the kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. I would like to add that we did not pick ***** ********, LL did. We were not even told that we could choose a contracting vendor. This will probably do no good, but I will try to save someone from dealing with this company. I make it a point to check the BBB website before contacting a contractor. I have no idea why I didn't this time, but if I had, I would not have gone with them. I should have known right from the start when the estimator , I think Robert, lied about what was said in the estimate. Then to have to pay the full installation amount up front was another clue. WHAT EVER YOU DO. DONT SHOP AT LL FLOORING THIER FLOORING IS CHEAP AND IT WONT LAST A YEAR. THEN WHEN YOU FILE A WARRANTY CLIM THEY SAY 48-72 hours to get into contact. It’d more like 48-never contact you. Then after a couple weeks of waiting you call them then get hung up on. When they direct you to a different department.
I purchased and had all new flooring installed a year and a half ago. The floors are already stripping around the edges and coming apart. I filed a claim with this company in November of 2021 and every time I call, I am told that the representative handling my claim, Chloe, is out, ask for her supervisor, they are also out. This company is a joke and they are so Unprofessional and liars. I will keep calling back on a daily basis if I need to. This is NOT ok.
I wish I could give them zero stars! This has to be the most unprofessionally run corporation I have ever interacted with. The managers are rude and unresponsive and they do poor work. I’m not surprised to see their rating as a F. I wish I had researched properly before spending ***** on a flooring project with them. The worst!
This company has been in serious trouble before under lumber liquidators. They have just changed their name and carried on. Carpet and flooring installed in new development is starting to fall apart in just 3 years. These people should be investigated.
