Dont do business with these lazy *****. They sent me a radio that had the wrong description and then they sent me the wrong radio entirely. They dont seem to ever answer the phone or emails and the one time they answered the phone they said theyd call me back and didnt. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

Purchased a remanufactured engine off Rock Auto from ATK. (Famous Brand engines) . After being installed and used for about a year and 7,000 miles. Engine lost oil pressure. I installed it myself, so I tore it back down myself. Found one out of four cam bearings not installed into the block properly. I had started the warranty claim process prior to disassembling. Was told to remove engine and send back to them, they will determine if it is warrant-able. If not, I would have to pay upwards of $500 to ship my bum engine back ... read more

Ordered a part that was discussed, rear knuckle for my vehicle. I was instructed that the part will be ready for Friday so the work could be done on the weekend by my personal mechanic. But i had to pay for it before hand per advised on every auto parts dealer. I received a phone call stating that, " you'll have to wait until we get another part." I happen to own an Auto Body Shop, and per an Insurance Co. I was to put an aftermarket upper bumper filler on a customers vehicle. I ordered my part the same day as the Insurance estimate was written, and the part came in the next day, however, it was the incorrect part. The bumper filler I needed was a paint to match, which I did let the gentleman taking my order know when he asked. I bought a radio for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and the first one I received was the right part but the screen was damaged. I contacted lkq and they sent out a 2nd radio which was great but when it got to me it was completely different radio. They have the radios improperly listed as interchangeable from a 2018 to a 2019 when they are not interchangeable. Even though they say they do sell to consumers, they dont unless you are connected. When I have been trying to do business with them they said I had to come in and show my credit card before they would order anything. When I did, they were all surprised. I suppose they get a lot of flakes but they are not fair to assume everyone is a flake just because this is Vegas. Reckless endangerment. LKQ is the parts supplier our warranty company, **********, uses. When our transmission broke, we went through our warranty. LKQ sent a part, but it didn't arrive for two weeks. Two weeks without a car in a single-car household. But it gets better. Our mechanic took one look at the part and shipped it back. He said he'd never put that transmission in a car because it was dangerous and faulty. It took LKQ another week to get a new part out, and we had it installed. The worst ever. Do not sell your car to this company. They wrote us a check and my bank returned it due to contact the company that write it.. the biggest headache and run around!!! Never again!!

If you want to be disrespected and repeatedly hung up on, do business with this company. They are courteous until they get your money and once they do, they can't be bothered to assist you. I specifically want to complain about Ray and Sam the manager. Horrible!!! They should not be in this business! I purchased a used transmission on July 29, 2020.
