*** sold me a bad engine and I have been trying for a year to get them to honor their warranty. **** from *** wont respond and you cant get through on the warranty line. Terrible company and bad engines. The engine had less the 19 hours and went bad.

Found this company by a web search for local companies that buy 'junk' cars. Turns out it is a huge multi-national publicly traded company.Filled out the online information about the vehicle that I wanted to sell them.Received a price quote on the website which seemed 'fair'. I called and was told they would e mail the store I went to because I shouldnt have been charged and I go up there and they tell me its too late I cant get my money back!!! 100$ is a lot of money to just take from me!!! I have my car half **** fixed until I can afford to get the rest! I am not pleased with this place at all! T
Called to inquire about a warranty and the guy on the phone was more than useless, while also having an attitude, even hung up on me.
I went to LKQ specifically to save money. I checked online and added up roughly what I would be looking at spending but I got there got all my parts and my total was twice as much as I expected. I got home and looked at my receipt and noticed on each part I was charged a warranty fee plus core. I dont need warranty and wish I had the option. It makes no sense to be charged almost twice for each part.
Limit to online inquiries i asked them twice online about selling a toyota recieved a call shortly after and they said i could think about if i wanted to sell it or not decided not to i did the same about a honda and recieved a call and missed it tried to call back Couldnt get through tried to inquire online again and recieved no call so i call them and they say i have to drive the car up there because i "inquired" too many times in one year i explain the car wont make it and ask if they could ask manager about it they say n... read more
