Lkq in ********** **. Lost my transmission 3 times 1 was a delivery that was unscheduled so of couse no one was there then they promised it would be at the ship for puck up the next day. Next day they can't find it then it was discovered it was sent out of the county then shipped to *******. How you going to charge almost 3k and lose the item. The while ordeal cost me an extra week with no truck to work. Eventually went to ********** Where I received a rebuilt transmission $100 less and and extra 2 and a half YEARS extra on ... read more

They forced their 90 day warranty on me so i had to pay and the cashier said that if i wanted the money for the warranty i had to come back within 7 days to get my money. So i have to waste gas coming back to get my money that they should have never charged me in the first place. I was very clear with the cashier before i paid that i didn't want the warranty the posters posted inside clearly said that if someone didn't want the warranty to just let the cashier know. So after a while of pointing that out to the cashier i fina... read more

Well, since LKQ purchased out every single family or small companyowned junk yard in the *********** area, they raised the entry fee to $3, discontinued the 50%, then the 40% saledays , the point system for the 20% discount.LKQ prices are high, absolutely not reasonable.Yards are dirty (I highly doubt the *** would approve the ******* yards, the amount of oil on the ground is just ridiculous), workers are rude, clueless and useless, inconsistent application of their new warranty program for parts, customers have to deny it up... read more

The people they have working there are RUDE SARCASTIC and IMMATURE. They leave you on hold for 30+ mins. Hang up call back they answer and your right back on hold. I ordered parts, they never come. I call to see where my parts are sit on hold. Never gets anything resolved

They offered 450 for my 05 explorer, they tow it in there. I sign the title, they come back and say we're only giving 80 because two the converters had been removed and replaced with welded pipe. Before I owned it. I could take the 80 or pay them 60 for the tow up there and pay another 85 to have it towed back home. I think they do this often. I felt I was done this way based on the color of my skin

I think Crazy Ray's business license should be revoked, for fraudulent and unfair business practices! I bought a tireless rim for $48 that I didn't realize was defective, that is the lug nut holes were deformed (enlarged)! I was told that I couldn't return it because I didn't buy the warranty that I didn't know existed! When I tried to return the rim the guy in charge stole part of my receipt!!!

Watch this place the cashiers have been told to add the extended warranty without asking the customers, There is a sign in place it's small but if you don't see it or read it then they are adding on money to line the company pockets. A $60 hood came to $120 with the extended warranty i mean what's going to happen to the hood? so your charging the custom double at $120.00 more like a scam very shady to say the very least. And when i asked for my money back for the warranty 2 min's later the women told me i cant refund it beca... read more

Bought a motor and it went bad within 6 months. Had a dealer diagnose the problem and LKq after almost 2 months still hasnt approved repair. They only pay 50 per hour for warranty so I still have a 2300 dollar repair in addition to the 2000 for rental and 500 in diagnostics. ****** out of Vegas has been called over 20 times between me and the dealer and he still wont reach out. Worst customer experience *** ever had. *** had repairs or warranties parts come from ******* faster than LKQ
