I would give zero stars if I could. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere, unless you like working with ******who order in the wrong part, make you wait in line for almost half-an-hour before they'll even deliver the part at the Will Call department, and refuse to do anything to fix their error. I bought an engine and transmission from LKQ for a 1985 ********* ******** with supposedly 60K miles. These cars have odometers that roll over at 100K. However, I believed the listing. Due to mechanic taking awhile and having to save to repair an unrelated issue, I got the car on the road just have the warranty period. The engine has already begun to fail and transmissions shifts improperly. Engine has not run without oil nor overheated. I ordered a driver's side sun visor for my daughters ***** S60 and never did I thought it would take jumping through hoops to get it. It was supposed to be delivered to the shop by me between the 6th and 7th, a week from when I ordered it. I heard nothing so I stopped by on Friday the 8th and they said they hadn't received it from the Springfield office yet but it should be there on Monday the 11th and will call me. DEALER FOR 2 WEEKS AND A HALF.. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE DEALER BECAUSE IT NEESES SOME WORK. THE DEALER CALLED THE EXTENDED WARRENTY TO HAVE THEM SEND OUT A REAR DEFERENTIAL. THRY SAID THEY SENT IT OUT. Shipped un-inspected transmission that was completely faulty, absolutely useless. Cost me $900 plus $650 labor to install only to find it was complete junk. Sure, they will give me my money back but only after I pay again to have the transmission removed and shipped back. They got me good but never again. I implore you to not go down the same road, they absolutely do not care about the little man.
I bought LKQ Engine and transmission for my 2014 ****** Prius V, they told me the mileages are 45k and 50k, actually last ****** services history shows 80k and 79k, When I call LKQ and explaine that the mileage was not right, they told me this is the mileage they bought from the action. Dishonest.
Placed an order for an engine for a 07 ***** Accord, was misquoted the price, was told $740 ended up being $750 and was given the excuse the extra $10 was for "delivery" even though no where on the invoice stated a delivery fee. Once we had the core ready to be picked up it took over 2 weeks for them to come pick it up, I had to call and email them multiple times before they came to pick it up. Place would be absolutely amazing if it weren't for one person who works here always adding comments or just being difficult or rude for no reason. It's like he doesn't even care if you ever come back or not. He says everything with a smile like it's funny or a joke when it's not. He will nickel and dime you but tell you how you can go somewhere else and pay more if you don't like it. Company provides no value to the customer. I would avoid until leadership find value in their customer base and provides quality product with matching options. Providing no guarantee to the color for an interior product of a vehicle seems like a lazy approach to a very specific field of expertise.
