I bought a ************.com radiator in 2011 which has subsequently gone bad. Finding that LKQ-Corp bought ************* I reached out to them to fulfill its lifetime warranty. Contacting them through the main number during known business hours, no option chosen would connect you with a person to speak with, but rather always ask you enter the name of the person you're trying to reach. worst customer service manager. I called Baltimore MD city area manager to resolve an issue. Who without even listening to what I had to say blamed me and said there is no way this happened and that i am falsifying my statement. WTF dont you at-least have to listen to what I have to say. what rude manager.

These guys completely screwed me!!! I ordered a tailgate 3weeks ago, they sent me 3 bad tailgates, then didn't resubmit the order, and I have been dealing with getting a tailgate since the first one showed up over two weeks ago. Today I finally get a tailgate and they over charged me $320 on the tailgate, now they refuse to issue a refund back to my card, and they are going to mail me a check.
