I got a mani pedi here. The manicure itself was nice and I really enjoyed the hand massage, but I was disappointed that my cuticles were still left a bit messy. The pedicure was done well and they do have a great range of polish colours to choose from, which I appreciated. One thing that made me slightly uncomfortable was that right after another customer walked out, the staff started laughing together — it gave me the impression they might have been making fun of people. I went to get my nails done today and I left with such an awful experience. One girl was so rude to me and it felt like she was punishing my nails. Firstly, cut my nails down so short it almost was pushing into my nail bed. She then used the back of scissors to separate my skin that got glued to the nail extensions. This ended up slicing micro cuts and when they poured (yes, POURED) alcohol to remove polish from my skin, it literally burned me. I am still in pain from the way she treated them and my cuticles turned yellow on... read more
