Friend gets her oil changed here and then comes to my house and the pathetic mechanics they have didn't tighten down the drain plug and now all the oil is all over my drive way and I get to clean it up and waste part of my day!! Go somewhere other then the dealer for service work!

Service department was not honest with me. Mirror corroded off my Jeep, it was past the miles and warrantee gentlemen at the counter told me he was going to Contact Jeep, he claims he did but could not show the the documents to support it. I had to pay for the mirror replacement. Contacted Jeep myself and the refunded me the money after they saw the mirror.

She was able to find out that they agreed to reimburse you for the parts even though you were out of warranty. She said it looks like they approved it because of your history with Chrysler/Jeep.
