There were so many things that were impressive about dealing with Livonia Chrysler. The honesty is at the top of my list for things I appreciate. When Michael Ryan, the internet sales person for the dealership, gave me a price it wad very up front. There were no surprises or hiden charges. If I would have had the money available we could have finished the deal that day. I gave the down payment that I could at the time and arainged to come back when I had the rest. The sales guy Dave Prince was great, only complaint is my wife leased a Willy's Jeep Unlimited, 1/2 tank of gas. Dealers used to fill up before you took your new vehicle off the lot

We are glad you were happy with Dave. Unfortunately the "full" tank was from Chrysler, they no longer provide any gas provisions for a New car delivery. We decided to provide our customers with a half a tank of gas as opposed to none.
Dave Prince is a GREAT salesperson, he's not pushy at all and listens to you explain to him exactly what your looking for in a Jeep and finds it for you. He goes above and beyond what any other sales person at any other dealership has ever done for us. We also liked that the Owner was present and talking with the staff and introduced herself to us. We will definitely be back for our next Jeep. Thank You for a Great experience.

Dave Prince just helped us buy our jeep Cherokee. We loved that he wasn't pushy and gave us our time to decide. We also are so thankful that he allowed us to test drive 3 different jeeps until we found the right one. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

The service department was awesome. We had such wonderful service. After taking the car into Dick Scott 4 times for the same problem and not getting it fixed. We took it to Livonia Chrysler. They were so understanding and treated with great care and told us they would get to the bottom of it. We love our car (A Grand Cherokee) but not having the heat, airbags, heated seats and steering wheel and cameras not working. We were thrilled when we got a call in a few days that they had the problem fixed. It is working like a charm.... read more
