RecommendedI took my vehicle for service there last summer and the service was outstanding. I've returned on several occasions and have interacted with the majority of the service team and each person has gone out of their way to assist me. Very friendly! I was not aware of this dealership until I drove by one day. I will be a customer for a long time and even referred my son.

I am overdue for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a coupon via email from my home dealer- suburban Chrysler Jeep in Farmington for $79.99. I called Livonia Chrysler Jeep (within 30 minutes of them closing) to see if they would honor the coupon since I was nearby and on a time crunch. I had called to set an appt for some work to be done on my Jeep and to make sure the parts would be available. I was given an appt 2 weeks out to ensure the parts could arrive in time. was also told over the phone when scheduling that the appt would take about 3 hours. appt rolls around and I drop my jeep off at 8am... come 2pm I still haven't heard from them so I call to check the status. after about 10 mins of being on hold, I'm told the mechanic said it would be ready before the shop closes and I could come get my Jeep.. ... read more

This was a hitch recall on a 2002 Jeep Cherokee with 194,000 miles. The recall was completed in February. The bolts were very difficult to remove as you can imagine. We can not comment on any of the time issues since the work was done over 10 months ago.
Chrysler cars and Jeep cars are desirable and powerful by people all over the globe ... We are in Iraq and the Gulf of lovers of these cars ...
We had such a great experience here! Jon helped us purchase a Pacifica for our growing family. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and they offered us a fair price and trade in value for our car from the beginning. The whole process was easy and strait forward, and we plan to use them for all of our future service needs as well.

Love this dealership! We felt very welcomed and taken care of when we bought our Pacifica. Our salesman, Robert, made us feel so comfortable and it felt like we were old friends by the time we left. Anytime I've taken it for service the staff is friendly and fast. My 2 year old son loves their waiting room. There are lots of toys, books, and coloring books. They even have a section of the wall that can be drawn on with chalk. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know.
