I'd give zero stars if possible. Can't say much for the sales department, but the service department is unprofessional and clueless. The manager Chris gave us the run around because they refused to admit they had NO IDEA what was wrong with my vehicle. The only person worthwhile in the service department is Kyle. He took his time to help us out, but they took it out of his hands.

After your first post, we looked into the rental issue. FCA has agreed to send you a direct check for the approvable amount of the rental.
I live behind the dealer ship and I called early Saturday morning when I noticed my tire was flat! Kyle was kind enough to send some guys to my house to get it because i had to get to work! They took care of my Jeep! Thank you again! I really apperciate it!
