Roderick was excellent in assisting me and was very attentive from start to finish; my overall experience was wonderful and a recommend any and everyone to go to this dealership; I am happy and thrilled with my purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited :)
I bought our new Pacifica from Pat Eagan. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He always answered his phone. The Livonia Chrysler team went out of their way to provide the best deal and service. The owner Dave took the time to be involved in our purchase. The manager Mike was great as well and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Dave the financing rep was also very friendly and courteous. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would buy from them again.

I had a horrible experience trying to buy a Jeep Wrangler here. They wasted my time by showing me a vehicle that had already been sold. They even took my deposit and gave me a hard time about refunding it. Huge waste of my time. They didn't even apologize or offer a form of resolution. Extremely unprofessional and crooked sales practices IMO.

Dear Mr. Hulett; You were aware that the Wrangler you wanted already had a deposit on it, and you opted to place a deposit on it just in case that the initial purchaser decided not to buy it. He decided to buy it. Your deposit was refunded.
