If you work at FCA or love Jeep products, stop going to those other dealerships, try Livonia Chrysler Jeep. I had been taking my second Wrangler here for routine service and Laura, in service, always took care of me. These guys are the best. Thought I had problem with my front end. Talked to Edwin and he suggested before I came in to make sure there wasn’t snow build up in the rims. He could have just took some money for a weight or an alignment. When you find guys that don’t take advantage of you they deserve all the praise in the world!
I'd leave negative stars if I could. Terrible communication with service advisers, conflicting information provided. They told me I was going to be charged for work done under warranty, told Enterprise they would be covering my rental then sticking me with the bill... I'll be taking my business to Suburban Chrysler next time. Its a shame that decades of my family taking their business here, we'll be finding a new place to take our service. Good riddance.

Don; FCA approved your claim under warranty. Because it is outside of the normal parameters of warranty they would not cover a rental. However, if you were told by them they would cover a rental you would have to contact them for reimbursement.
I want to give a shout out to Robert Bell, I got a great deal on a Alpha Romeo, and He was very helpful. Very happy with how easy everything was, and I love the car! Thanks again!
