Terrible service. Purchased a sofa and the order was continuously placed on back order with no notification about it. Had to call literally every week to check on the status. Ended up cancelling the order because it was taking forever.

Horrible customer service. Paid full service for delivery & had several calls trying to deliver to wrong address. Had customer ordered an ottoman, & wrong material put on it. They said cause it was over 7 days we were stuck with it. Complete mess. Not with the hassle of buying from them

I bought a used mattress here after being told it was properly cleaned and sanitized. Ir was even sealed with plastic wrap. It cost me over $1k. I was excited because I got $500 of the normal price. This is something I have had success doing here in the past for other mattresses. However when I got home, I opened the sealed plastic wrap on the mattress, and the smell of cigarettes poured out. Whatever you do..do not buy your furniture at Living Spaces. Not only have we had to replace our dining room table chairs after they fell apart but our cement table top is cracked. We have opened a warranty request only to find out they cant replace the table because they dont carry it anymore. They did allow us to pick a new table but the only one they have that fits our space is cheaper than the one we bought. They are refusing to give us back the remainder of the funds we used to purchase the original table. Stating we ca... read more

We purchased a custom living room set on August 20th after visiting a retail store location in ****** ** multiple times. We stressed that if we chose to purchase a living room set from Living Spaces, we would need all of the items delivered no later than October 12th, and were assured by each sales associate that our set would be delivered between 9/16/2023-9/23/2023 (a 4 to 5 week wait time which we happily agreed to). I bought a night stand in July. They sent me a damaged one on the first delivery. I called customer service and I was told they will send a replacement and pick up the damage item. Two weeks later they sent me the replacement but it also had damaged sides and drawers.They sent me a replacement the 3rd time and that one had damage too. After more than a month and 4th time they finally sent me one without any damage. Had sofa delivered and the crew said they will only deliver through the bedroom door if I sign a waiver to release all liability for damage. I asked him to measure the couch and all they had was a crumpled up piece of tape to measure couch width and door width. I just moved in so didnt have tape measure on me. I told them when originally measured before we ordered that we had about 2 of clearance. His crumpled up piece of tape which is not accurate showed 1/2 clearance. Horrible customer service, took money, no items Never received sideboard nor chest drawers. Horrible customer service. They setup delivery date and time, then waited 30 minutes before delivery time to call and say they did not have them. So now I was suppose to wait again after 1 month until October to see if they come in. Why setup delivery date and time and 2days later after a month long wait call and confess you never had it in stock????

On 2nd July 2023, I purchased furniture from Living Spaces. The sum of > $4k was promptly debited from my credit card account on the same date. The commitment from their end was to notify me for coordinating a delivery slot between 28th July 2023 and 4th August 2023. Today is 26th August 2023, no such contact has been made nor has the delivery taken place.I have called customer service several times on the phone. I have gone in person to the store and spoken to the customer service folks. None of them have been able to help ... read more
