DO NOT STAND BY WARRANTY.BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SECTIONAL FRABIC HAS HOLES TURNING ORANGE. CANNOT STAND LOOKING AT THEM SI HAVE COVER IT. WE BOUGHT IN MARCH OF 2023. BIGGEST PILE OF C*** WE HAVE EVER BOUGHT.

I wish I had seen and taken all the negative reviews below mine to heart before we made our purchase. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They sold us a couch with a blatant manufacturer's defect (a bumpy, uneven, wavy seam down the middle of a cushion) -- it looks terrible. We saw this piece in person and this seam was not there, nor is it visible in website images. Absolutely terrible experience. Sofa ordered on 8/2/23 with a promise of 4 - 6 week delivery and it is now 11/6 with no movement in status whatsoever. At 4 weeks we were told it would be another 2 weeks. At 6 weeks we were told it would be another 4 weeks. At 10 weeks we were told it "would be in their warehouse and available for delivery at 12 weeks". It has now been 13 weeks and guess what they said this morning?! If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a table and chairs for my dining room. Promised approximate delivery date was Oct 21st. Today is Nov 3rd no table. I have called customer service numerous times. I have called Maersk multiple times on 7 different phone numbers that I gave been passed around to. Bottom line, the shipping company has no idea were the table is. I have gotten 5 different stories. I contacted living spaces custom services and complained. I purchased a mattress 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. The mattress is sagging so badly Im rolling off the edge of the bed by morning. Living spaces sent a technician to my home with a string, ruler and CD to assess if my mattress was defective. The string was pulled from one corner to the mattress to the center of one side of my mattress and the sag was measured with a ruler placed on top of a CD. Our purchase started out well, we purchased a couch from Living Spaces in ************, *****. Original delivery was a little delayed but not a big deal, but upon delivery it they had mistakenly given us a regular couch piece instead of the rest of the sectional we had ordered. The delivery people were helpful in taking pictures and getting the order submitted correctly. Then comes the bad part of the experience. Worst decision ever! This place is a joke, I ordered a simple dining set over a month ago. I could never get the status of the shipment, finally given a tracking number, put that in on their website, and it says its no longer in their care. It is now with **** I called *** they dont even have any tracking numbers that would be associated with my dining table from this place. We placed an order for a sectional on Sept 7th. We were notified Unfortunately, there has been a delay in getting the following item(s) from our manufacturers, and we currently anticipate receiving your item(s) between Fri, Oct 27 - Fri, Nov 10:On Oct 31st I called the 800 # (call center) they hide behind to get an update on the delivery date. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS **** Bought the warranty on a sofa only to be told that accidentally spilling water on it is not covered even with a warranty!!! Been dealing with this for over 2 years now and cant believe how deceitful these people are. And still no help even though the warranty says it is covered!!! They should not be allowed to do business and should be shut down forever.
