Hello. I placed an order on 11/18 with living spaces. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received. On 11/19 One of the items I received was damaged. I spoke with customer service about the product, sent photographic proof of the damage, and was told another person would investigate the issue in order to replace the product. My husband and I bought a couch from living spaces that sadly didn't fit up our stairs. We refused delivery and were told there would be a 10% restocking fee that could be put towards a new order of equal or greater value. The delivery people gave us a phone to talk to living spaces about it and we were told two times the call was being recorded. I am utterly disappointed with Living Spaces; this will be the first and only order I will ever place with them. There is an excellent reason why there are so many one-star reviews. I spent $2500 on an outdoor L-shaped couch. The first couch arrived, and it was broken ( naturally, I had to take an entire day off because they could only tell me what the three-hour delivery was the night before). 10/21/23 Had a couch ordered and scheduled delivery came just fine. We measured and it would have fit perfectly except the leg bases couldnt be removed which caused the third party movers couldnt manage to get through the door. We said fine we will take the loss on Living Spaces return fees ~$150. Get on the phone with their support and go through all the questions and they say itll be about 10 business days till the remaining funds ~$1250 will be returned. l ordered 2 couches over 11 weeks ago, on August 29, from the Vista Living Spaces. The promised shipping times from customer service (there have been several) have come and gone. I have never once been contacted by them about missed shipping dates unless I initiated the call. I'm now told it's a shipping issue and it will be mid December. I originally asked about the time frame and was told one sofa was in stock, but the other would be in shortly so they would deliver them together. Think twice before ordering from this company. We purchased a sectional on 10/25 with an expected delivery between 11/16-11/23. While we are understanding that they are custom and delays can happen absolutely ZERO communication was had saying it would be delayed. When we called the help line on the 15th we were told we would be called tomorrow with more insight. No phone call was made or email sent. Delivery date was missed. Didn't call me until an hour before the end of delivery time. We already got rid of our table in preparation for the new one. Ten gave us a delivery date 2 days later only to get an email of a 2 week window. Called to figure out what was going on and they said they couldn't give me ANY delivery date. Ive shopped at living spaces many times and was always pleased with my purchases. My past experiences are what made me return to purchase a sofa and live seat. The salesman directed me to a leather sofa and love seat that were customer returns and were on sale. After an inspection of both pieces by the salesman he pointed out a blemish in the leather on the back edge of the sofa. I felt I could fix it with a leather marker. Terrible service. We had contracted them to deliver a new mattress and base, then haul away the old set. The first thing the driver said was that he didn't have space and he couldn't take away the mattress. We let him know that was part of the service and he didn't seem to care. After we started getting upset he then said the mattress was "too soiled" and could not take it because of that.
