Problem was with their customer service. I called with a question regarding shipping charges and person I spoke with was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. The question was about shipping chargesnot a large amount of money we were overcharged, but we were given incorrect information. Bought a dining room set on Sunday. We special order 2 recliner chairs from the *********** store order, got an email that the chairs were ready for delivery and too choose a delivery date which was 9/18/23 to 9/27/23, never got a call, so I called to check on them, XPO Logistics tells me they never got the items from Living Spaces and Living Spaces told me to call XPO logistics because they shipped them, on 9/26/23 Living Spaces told me their national team would call me within 48 to 72 hours, never got a call, today is 10/7/23, I call Living Spaces and was to... read more
I ordered a dining set with 4 chairs and a bench in June. 2 months later, after many issues, finally received the set. It arrived damaged. Called and they sent replacement a month later. Said it has to be the entire set, not just damaged pieces. A month later I received an entire new set. Once again, it arrived damage. I refused the delivery. Delivery guys said that was okay to do and they left with the entire set. When I called living spaces to tell them it was refused because it arrived damaged and I wasn't waiting another... read more

How do I run my business and meet with clients without a desk? Talked to 4 employees no one cares. Asked to pick up the other pieces so I can get a set elsewhere but then I have to pay restocking fees. This is a joke and not sure what I am going to do :(

Id rate them a ZERO of I could. I bought a new bed with a fabric headboard. It was delivered wi5h a stain/spot on it. After $ days of calling customer service I finally had a response. They will replace it but I need to pay $99 for delivery. The original delivery was free, so now I have to pay for them to replace the product that they should never have sent me.Also, I had to go to ACE Hardware to buy an *************** and some bolts that were missing.
