I bought a $1500 power recliner to sleep in after shoulder surgery. I used it three times and it died two days before my surgery. The warranty process is awful. Ive had to sleep sitting up on my sofa. I havent even made my first payment and the chair stopped working. Now they are saying they cant get anyone out here till the 29th. I will never spend another dollar in this place.

Poor **************** This business does not fulfil its commitment to deliver. If any part of your order is stuck, then you are on your own. Part of my order was damaged in the warehouse but after several calls and emails, including to the management, unfortunately there has been Zero action taken. Their service system is broken so expect poor or no customer service. I would give them a negative rating if I could for the time I have spent on my order. Buy furniture from other reputable companies but skip the hassle of going ... read more

As you can see from all the reviews, the customer service is nonexistent I'm not sure they even have a department. I purchased a couch and less than one year later the material is falling apart. I send in pictures and nothing for LS. I call customer service and they tell me twice the some one will call me and never does. Finally I get a manager in a different department and see looks and sees the a response was given the day after I sent in my pictures, like one month ago, that this was not a warrantee issue. they are making... read more

Terrible service. Purchased a sofa and the order was continuously placed on back order with no notification about it. Had to call literally every week to check on the status. Ended up cancelling the order because it was taking forever.

If I could give a 0 star I would. We order furniture and it was suppose to be delivered on 9/18 got a call the night before the beds did not pass quality control. Come Wednesday we got the all clear that the beds past quality control and we setup delivery for 9/21 (stayed home from work for this). The delivery guy called and said he would be here in 15 min. and by the way I don't have the ************** and I told him then you are NOT delivering anything to my house.
