I purchased a bed a month ago, I have gotten the run around as to when my order would be delivered. I feel so dumb to not have looked into their bbb rating before purchasing and I will be disputing the charge on my card. Living spaces has clearly done this to many people and I wont let them get away with it with me.

bought sectional sofa at living spaces offered the extended warranty for 5 years. its a fraud they wont covering anything. i need refund for the extended warranty we paid. filed a claim but they always deny it.

Living Spaces is the worst company I've ever purchased from. Not sure where to start, but we ordered a 7'8"x10'8" Rug-************************* Multi rug on May 1, 2023. They provided no tracking information, and none of the customer service representatives are in *****************. After contacting them multiple times regarding the status of our order, I found them unable to communicate with me--they don't know the language and have no what ************ is, much less that it's one of our 50 states. This company is DECEPTIVE - I purchased a sofa and paid in full for "full service delivery" with a delivery window it would arrive. I got an email when the couch was ready and I was asked to chose a delivery date where I was then asked to pay yet another delivery fee?! I was not made aware of an additional charge and could not schedule delivery unless it was paid for. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, but this is misleading and I hope a lawsuit is filed against them.

I purchased a floor mirror almost two months ago. A couple of days later, I noticed another mirror for a better price. I called and was advised that I could ****** my order since the item had not shipped. About a week later, the mirror was delivered to my door from Livig Spaces. I returned the mirror over 45 days ago and have yet to receive my refund. Delivery was verified over three weeks ago. I've been promised a call return from a supervisor over five times and have yet to receive the call or my refund.

I attempted to cancel a delivery less than a week after the order. Initially, the agent told me there would be no cancellation fee. He then called me back to say there would be a 10% cancellation fee, but the number he gave me was more than 10%. When I asked why the number he gave me was more than 10% of the item's cost, he hung up on me. I then had to contact another customer service representative to learn that there was a 59 fee to have the order shipped back plus a 10% cancellation fee. Lets start with saying, if I could leave a zero star review I would. Placed an order for a bed frame. 6 weeks out on delivery, fine. It was additionally weeks late after that. Then when it is supposed to finally get delivered, I get a phone call stating the head board was damaged, they need to order another, and itll be another 2 weeks. Finally, 5/7 I get a call saying they can delivery Thursday 5/18, and that Id be getting a call the day before with a shorter delivery window. Never got a call, never got the delivery. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!I bought the perfect firm sectional in January and its already so destroyed, soft and broken that we can feel the bottom of cushion and wood on framing. We can also feel feathers poking **, which is so bad that I had to buy pretty blankets to sit on. Its so uncomfortable and embarrassing when people come over, and Im so upset but cant afford to buy another one. It was 3K which is so much money. I dont recommend anyone shop at living spaces. The quality is the absolute worst!

I purchased a reclining sofa. Less than 3 weeks in the springs broke. I asked for an even exchange. I was told that since this has been 3 weeks (over 7 days) they will not. You should not spend 3 thousand dollars for something that has obvious defects and have to keep it. You also should not have employees who are clearly more interested in protocol than building a relationship with clients. I just bought a house and will be finishing it completely.
