We bought a ****** ***. They sent us wrong hardware and never replaced it. Additionally, we bought a Cal King *** which the frame was supposed to accommodate. The *** frame DOES NOT accommodate the Cal King *** and the footboard comes out a good 3 . The amount of times we have smashed our knees on the *** is insane. My husband seriously injured his knee last night smashing it into the ***. Its completely ridiculous that this *** is so poorly made.

Purchaxed a 3k couch and was told no interest for 60 months. Lie #1 A year later I Purchased a bed for my 3 year old end of august. Was told I had 36 months to pay it off. Lie #2 When the bed was delivered the workers told me they couldnt assemble it (paid $100 for assembly) because they didnt have all the pieces. Corporate does nothing to help mistakes that they have made. We purchased a custom couch and took measurements to make sure it would fit in our living room appropriately. The living spaces team did tell us that the measurements might vary slightly and that's fine. We had extra inches to play with. However, when the couch was delivered the couch was 12 inches too long. This was not a slight difference from the original measurements we had taken. We called the same day as delivery to make a claim, sent in photos, spoke to mana... read more
