Our purchase started out well, we purchased a couch from Living Spaces in ************, *****. Original delivery was a little delayed but not a big deal, but upon delivery it they had mistakenly given us a regular couch piece instead of the rest of the sectional we had ordered. The delivery people were helpful in taking pictures and getting the order submitted correctly. Then comes the bad part of the experience. Worst decision ever! This place is a joke, I ordered a simple dining set over a month ago. I could never get the status of the shipment, finally given a tracking number, put that in on their website, and it says its no longer in their care. It is now with **** I called *** they dont even have any tracking numbers that would be associated with my dining table from this place. I called living spaces back and got the rudest employee ever who said their shipping company picked it up and once they have it its out of their hands t... read more

We placed an order for a sectional on Sept 7th. We were notified Unfortunately, there has been a delay in getting the following item(s) from our manufacturers, and we currently anticipate receiving your item(s) between Fri, Oct 27 - Fri, Nov 10:On Oct 31st I called the 800 # (call center) they hide behind to get an update on the delivery date. They are telling me now that the delivery is scheduled between Nov 26th - Dec 10th! 3 months from time of order! I wish I had done my research on this company prior to walking in the s... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS **** Bought the warranty on a sofa only to be told that accidentally spilling water on it is not covered even with a warranty!!! Been dealing with this for over 2 years now and cant believe how deceitful these people are. And still no help even though the warranty says it is covered!!! They should not be allowed to do business and should be shut down forever.

I thought we had a good experience but it became a terrible one. We were looking for some sofas we gave our measurements of our entry ways to an associate, and we trusted in their expertise. They assured us the certain sofa we liked was a right fit for our dimensions, so we went forward with our custom order . The next day, I found out the minimum clearance for the sofa is 36, not 33, like the the associated said, so it will not fit.
