We ordered a canopy bed frame from the Living Spaces store in *******, **. Like I said it was not the entire bed mind you, just the frame. I can say that our experience in the store was great. Our nightmare starts with the delivery of. We received our first delivery attempt on 4/26/23. On Sunday night my husband and I purchased a special order sofa. I was the last customer to leave the store. When the order was processed it was 8:40ish at night time. I was not satisfied with my order so I called Monday morning at 7:49 AM. I spoke to their customer service rep and manager explaining the situation. The shipping company really needs to change their shipping company. First it was 2 weeks late even scheduling my delivery. Then they changed the date and moved it out another two weeks. Then when I finally scheduled a date, I had a last-minute conflict (since their delivery window was so big) and I asked them to wave the delivery signature and switch to Outdoor Drop off. Nope. There is a scam that is happening with living spaces. They had us pay for items that we never ordered and we could not return or refund. When we asked to cancel our other items they said there would be a $600 cancellation fee.
If I could give negative stars, I would!! I spent thousands of dollars with them in February. Most of my furniture was delivered with no problems. I had a special order that was delivered in March. I check my synchorny account and they charged me again for the same items I bought in February. The charge happened on the same day that my special order was delivered in March. If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. I purchased a bed over 2 months ago. I was expecting a 3-4 week delay on the delivery as that is what they told me when I purchased it but when I realized I was on my 4th week of wait I called to ask where my bed was. For any of you have used them before, their call center number gives you agents from out of the country. If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Our bed broke after 2 months of use took 6 weeks to get them to deliver the replacement parts which they charged me $150 dollars for and it was the wrong part!! No I am waiting for a delivery AGAIN that was supposed to come **** window that now won't be here until 4:45! Every time I call there aren't any managers "available". No idea what kind of business they are running but I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again. Cheaply made horrible customer service!!

This is an unbelievably terrible company. My story: I purchased a bedroom set for my 5-year-old daughter. They delivered the desk and dresser, but the bed was completely wrong (they basically brought two headboards with them and were trying to figure out how they went together lol).
