I ordered the stratus end table and coffee table on 6/3. The end table was to be in the store ready for pick up 6/13 and the coffee table was to be in the store for pick up 7/18. I have placed multiple calls and still don't have either item. Each time I call, I am told it is "on the truck and on it's way and will be here within **** days. It is now 8/9 and was told the same thing today. I bought a couch and bedroom set. I have bought 5 couches from them over the first 4 were great. My recent couch was delivered on time and friendly. Do to my work schedule and having recently moving into a new place I did not sit on the couch for the first week. It looked great. My wife (110lbs) sat on the chaise lounge and the cushion split in two, with a huge gaping 8" hole along the seam. Since it was the 8th day they would not return or refund. After review of the account, we show our warranty department emailed the guest on 7/4/2023 advising of the parts order, the email also advised it can take up to 8 weeks for the parts to arrive. We are currently on the 4th week of the eta. The guest will receive a notification once the new parts arrive.

Living Spaces is trying to charge me for delivery errors that they made. We place many orders with this vendor online. This particular order was placed online and we received our confirmation with the correct data that was entered. The Delivery team transcribe the information incorrectly on their end. They tried to deliver a power recliner to a client that already received their order a week before. This review is actually directed at the national customer service division. Poor quality materials and poor craftsmanship. Dishonest customer relations. Unwilling to stand behind their products. Their claims department is useless.

Horrible customer support/service! Not only did our box spring get dropped off out front without any notification whatsoever not even a knock at the door, as we waited patiently in our home, they just dropped it off out front & CLEARLY damaged. Had to wait 3 days before they could bring an replacement exchange. Just received the replacement, which, again was damaged, in fact looks as if it had been a previous return that we were receiving.
