Hey are very nice when they sell you a car but later on when you need them to help you with non $$ generating transaction... let's just say , good luck I'm trying to get a partial refund for an extended warranty I purchased, its been 3 months that I'm talking to various people in finance, twice I sent the materials they asked for and guess what? Nothing , I leave voicemails, no one replies, I send texts, emails, nothing... bottom line, if you think you'll ever need them for something other than a car purchase , look somewher... read more
Ask for GT!! I told him what I wanted and he found it for me at a great price. He got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and made sure I was comfortable while I waited bringing me coffee from the onsite coffee shop. I bought pre-owned and my van looks brand new. The detail department did a fantastic job! Thank you GT!!
We had a great experience buying our Toyota Corolla from Livermore Toyota last November 5,2016. Chad Piva(Sales Consultant) was extremely helpful with the whole process from start to finish (as it was something completely new for me).
