Dealership lied to me and said Lo Jack system was installed on my car when it was not. Also have not delivered on items in due bill!
We were very impressed when we walked in. The cafe, the kids Game Center etc. everyone was very attentive and kind. Then they started making promises they had no control over! Since we purchased the car about 4 weeks ago we have been in 4 times to address issues that should have already been taken care of. We are still not finished and I found out today ( because I called them) that there is yet another form to sign! I was just there on sat and Sunday!! Argh!! I just want to be done and move on!
