The service department is excellent. They are pretty accurate when they give you an appropriate time your vehicle will be ready.
Just bought two new Prius cars from Livermore Toyota. Worked with Phil Obee, who was excellent, and found everyone we interacted with to be pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. While the process of buying a car can be lengthy because of all the paperwork, my husband and I were very pleased with our interactions here. I bought a Prius Prime Electric Hybrid, and my husband bought a Prius Prime. We are both thrilled with our purchases.
They are the best
They had me wait for over 15 minutes and then helped someone came after me. There was no seat to wait inside, so I had to step outside to sit down. The service manager didn't even apologize. He and his staffs even laughed about my complaint. I was impressed with the service and courtesy they had last year that's why I kept going back a few times and even purchased the prepaid maintenance plan there. Unfortunately it seemed they don't care about good customer service any more.
