We were treated well with John. The only negative thing I would say was the part wasn’t in at our 1st appointment. We had to make another appointment. It seems like someone would check their product FIRST before someone’s appointment. They did have the part the second appointment because I called to confirm that it was there. I know these things can happen. However, it was a 50 mile trip for us for nothing!, the first time Otherwise, all good. Linda Jackson
