the finace manager is joke cant even get your name right ran my good credit and saw my good income requested a truck they didn't have i had to leave for a emergency and they said they would get in touch the next day to follow up they never did i had to call them i gave them a second option for a vehicle that they actually had on the lot no effort to close the deal or get back to me they are a joke go to Modesto Toyota anywhere else but Livermore

I have driven Toyotas all of my life, and have always been a vocal advocate of the brand. However, Livermore Toyota sold me a lemon. I bought a Certified Used vehicle from them in July, and, despite hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket for service on bad brakes and rotors, they have yet to honor their warranty. Frankly, you'd be better off buying a car from a stranger at Craigslist than this fraudulent dealership.
