All of the negative reviews are very surprising to me. I have taken my cars for servicing to this dealership a number of times. The staff has always been very courteous as well as accommodating of my schedule. I have no experience with this dealership as far as their sales and finance department.
Worst customer service ever on their service line. The ladies that schedule maintenance appointments are rude unhelpful and have zero customer service skills. I tried to explain my situation of working 6-7 days a week most weeks and only being free on some weekends and not only could I hear it in her voice that she didn't give a crap but she didn't offer any helpful suggestions. These guys rock.. from the Website, to the sales staff, reception, and financing. Couldn't be happier, and have never experienced such a nice, respectful new car purchase. . Magale was very knowledgeable and patient with me, it was fantastic.
The waiting area/Lounge is great. My five year old was entertained with the video games they had, which allowed me to speak with the service agent and he still was in eyes view. The open floor plan works out great. The service is fast and freindly....
