Worst place ever. Had problems with this place since I tuned in my lease car. No communication there. Left messages for the financial manager wayne and he never got back to me. The woman who takes the messages is no help eirther. I will never go back to this place to buy toyota and I will tell all my friends not to go to livermore toyota. GM guy is not good eirther no communcation about what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say this is truly one of the better dealerships. I've gone to Hayward, and Dublin to have my car serviced before. I think our Livermore dealerships far exceeds in both service and appearance. I even have my Mother-in-law driving out here to get here services done..

Horrible experience! I live hours away and am ready to buy a car I saw on there lot. We got pre approved and have a lot of cash for a down payment. The sales man Played to many games, and just couldn't give me a straight answer about the FINAL price. Finally had to call a sales manager to see if I could get a straight answer.. And his attitude was one of a high school kid that was just "too cool" for school. Told me $15,500 and then before I could finish my counter offer.. The phone hung up.
