BEST CAR DEALER AROUND! After going through dealerships around the Bay Area and getting slammed with either high interest rates, 1/3-1-2 down payments, or really sneaky last minute costs that added to the out the door costs, I found Livermore toyota and they helped me get financed and on the road even with my minimal credit history. GT is the bomb and he will get your credit application looking great to get you low interest rates. No pressure and no hassle car buying! Highly recommend.
Recently bought a car here, or so we thought. They took our trade in, all the papers we signed. The loan never was paid off on our trade in. Almost a month later, after calling the dealership, we learned that the loan did not go through, trade n was not paid AND they wanted us to come in and sign new papers with a higher monthly payment! We had to call Toyota's corporate offices to complain. The matter is still not resolved. Worst experience buying a car ever!
Extremely friendly staff. Car was ready on time. Plus it is close to my home!
