This company has been scamming me and others out of our hard-earned money! They have sold my information to another company without my knowledge and consent!! They are not answering emails or phone calls either!! They never provided the services they promised for the fees that they are charging me monthly. Hired this company in January of 2023, they took 2 payments and then emailed me saying they were transferring me to another company. Called 2 times was on hold for over 45min and never talked to anyone. Do not waste your time
They never answer calls or emails, took my payments with no results. I had a court case and was told I didnt have to appear in court my attorney would, they didnt show up to court.
This company signed up my mother when she was suffering from dementia, but had not yet been diagnosed. She never understood what she was signing up for. They have taken nearly $700 from her account per month for several months. When I gained legal conservatorship over her, I sent the docs to this company because I was going to end her contract. I cant get a response to my emails. I cant get them on the phone and they have started taking payments out of my account but my creditors are still calling me back they will not communicate.
I received an email from Oak stone Law Group telling me my account had been sold to them in an attempt to contact LPG all off the numbers I have tried do not go through and my on line access has been closed. After doing some research I have found they have done nothing in working on my credit accounts.
Not sure what kind of weird business is going on here but no one answers phone calls, no one is able to assist and YET, this company continues to collect on their end the monthly payment from my checking account to do work that they are simply NOT doing. I need my money back, further more, I need a lawyer. This is unacceptable and it will need to be brought to justice.
They take your money and don't fulfill there promises now I am 6months behind on my bills and getting sued in court they even had the nerve to pass my personal information without my consent instead of doing that they should have refunded my money and left that choice up to me I fill like such a fool for believing in them
