This company is nothing more than a scam. I asked for a full refund and I am still waiting. The phone numbers that they give you are bogus and you never a get human. They tell you all these lies and make you believe that they are going to help you. I would definitely not use this company for debt relief. They do not even deserve one star.
Paid then 250 for 2 yrs+ last payment they took on 2/18/23 can't contact them in anyway. Let's do a cash action suit against this scamming company.
What is wrong with their phone numbers? Have their phones been disconnected? I need to reach them as they are still taking money out of my account every month!
No responses to e-mails, and now e-mails are being bounced back as spam. No answers to phone calls; just permanent hold. This company appears to be scamming me out of $484.27 per month & appears to have been doing so for the last several months. They recently changed their phone number which is also a big red flag. I just filed a dispute with my bank and was able to get my money back. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam, I hope they are happy. If anyone feels the same way the bank (KeyBank) was very helpful and understanding. Dont know how people can live doing this to others :(
I have not got any response get from this company at all about my case. They have not informed me with any new updates at all. I would atleast like to get refunded.
I just finished paying three years and no results. Now they changed their number and no one answers. Still took out another payment this week. How can I get my money back? Only one of my accounts got resolved and I still had to pay part. Another sued me and I have to pay back in full. Do not do business with them. They are not even answering my emails.
I am the daughter of a victim of this company, these people have completely bamboozled my mother into believing they were going to help her. She is now facing a lien on her home, because she has nothing else to pay the debt off the company was supposed to help her and theyve done nothing but drag her deeper in debt. If anyone has anyway of helping me help my mother, Ill be happy to listen.
I canceled the beginning of the month and they just took put a payment out that's called embessedment
