I have been charged a 2nd time this month while we are out of state. We did not budget for this. I have spent 2 days and a total of 7 hours on hold and can never reach anyone and emails keep getting returned. We are almost 2 years into this process I have been sued by 3 creditors, the "attorneys" that are supposed to represent me do not contact me and I have suits just pending. After about a year of paying $253/month, and with no communication from LPG, (Litigation Practice Group). I canceled my account with LPG only to find out that my case has been transferred over to a new facility, ***********. Every number I call to try to get in contact with LPG goes directly to ***********. Are these guys a bunch of scam artists?!?! I need help I getting a full refund for services not rendered. Please help. Thank you.

This company took my money to help with debt relief and I have ended up having to pay out of pocket because accounts went to small claims. Now I received another small claim and nobody answers the phone or emails. This is a total scamthink long and hard before signing up with this company. I want to recoup some of the money they took to handle these accounts that went to small claims and I ended up paying for outside of the program. I also want someone to contact me.

I use to be an employee of Litigation Practice Group. When I first started with this company I loved it and I believed in the process, but as the months went on, I moved up in the company and thats when I realized that this job was not for me. They were scamming their customers. The customers that I was there for and trying to help and Im working for a company that did not care. They even treated their employers like dirt. Like a lot of other people, i have been teying to get ahold of this comany and no one answers the phone or responds to messages sent. I have sent via the portal a message that i wish to cancel, hopefully they get. I cant beleive this is happening, here i was trying to better my situation and this company has just made things worse for me. My credit is now way worse, they suggested that i stop paying my credit cards.. i now have 0 trust in this company for lack communication on top of all these recent reviews

I had been letting lpg take $351.03 every month since October of 2022, assuming as they promised to help with credit card debt. My designated date was the ninth of every month. I noticed the month of March, my account was auto debited on the eighth, then the same amount on the ninth! I contacted my bank and disputed the payment on the eighth. This company will s**** you over like nobody's business. Please do not listen to their spiel as to how much they will help you. As soon as things get tough, they will turn you over to another company who is even worse.
