I hired LPG in October of 2022 and they are not answering calls then I got transferred to another company which I cannot get a hold of. I want a full refund from all of my auto withdrawals. They did not do what they were hired to do.
I enrolled in this program in January 2023 and I received an email that this company is no longer going to be able to represent me and transferring my information to "***********" just weeks later. After speaking to LPG no resolution was met only that they would have someone call me back about the refund amount owed of $251.89. None of my accounts have been settled per the agreement terms I am allowed a refund for services not rendered.
I will tell you what I think. I was hoodwinked by this company that they would help with my debt but the money they were giving wasnt put on my debt. So I requested a refund and it was in the time frame that they gave me but now they dont respond to my emails or phone calls. This was in December 2022. I want my money back and never received it. Please help me get my money back.*************************
This company has done nothing but collect our money each month... not just my money but my husbands. So twice a month both $587.76 and $579 came out of our bank account they originally I was looking for a loan originally they led me to believe they would be using the money to pay bills that they had had lessened by talking to them. They took my money for two years. They have a woman by the name of ***** that promised me that she will send my payments to BOA directly since they couldn't depute those charges. She lied. So I assumed for a year that my payments were going to BOA until I got a call from a collector. I tried calling LPG asking for *****. They would not let me talk to her. They took a payment from my bank account and now they dont even answer the phone. I would like a refund!
This company seems to have vanished. For days I stayed on an indefinite hold for 7, 8 hours at a stretch. I uploaded a summons to my portal in ************ did hear they would contact local counsel to appear in court on my behalf. Local counsel has appeared for me in the past for a previous summons so I know who the lawyer is and where they are located, so I contacted them and they said theyre getting a lot of complaints about their ********** location. Do not trust this company. Even after I decided not to do anything with them. They will still steal your money and do what ever they want. I now have to get a new bank number because of a scam this company is.
Litigation Practice Group has neglected to help us after taking our money. They do not return calls nor emails. They did ok when filing taxes for 2021 but still waiting for 2022 to be completed.
