This company is fraudulent in every way possible. Promise to resolve your credit card debt, take thousands of dollars from you and then when your "program" ends, the creditors start sending summons to you. LPG then won't answer their phone. They won't answer emails. They promise to return a call within 48 hours and don't.They are crooks. They should be sued.

Very bad communication. Ended up finding out today that my documents were sent to another firm. I already have a summons that they were supposed to be attending to but I have yet to receive any details in regards to the case after the summons date. On the court docket it appears as if I don't have any representation from the attorney assigned to me. I was on the phone for over an hour today till I got through to someone. Phoenixlaw.co supposably has my information. Talk about a complete poo show.

I join the *** program to help me with my debt and I have full paid them $6,267.32 in October 2022 last year but no service from them has been rendered as of today 06-Apr-2023. I have been calling their office but no answer always.

Wish I could give less. They took over $11,000 from my account over the few years. They did nothing to help with debt, and now I'm out that money. Can we all get together and file a lawsuit against them? I could use that money back to pay it off myself.

I did my part of the contract but they haven't. After 3 years and over $25,000 later they still don't have my credit fixed. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and I see on the web they are permanently closed. It is a scam and a joke but they got more than they should of from me. they aren't even worth 1 star.

This company went out of business and stole money from me and now their number is disconnected. We need to join together and get a class action lawsuit against them.

OMG! I cant believe it. I had so much faith and have been patient. But like everyone, my credit is worse than when I started. The only debt that has been settled, Ive had to pay more than half. I signed up for 3 years and it was supposed to end next month $30K later and Im worse off then when I started. I havent been contacted by the new company. I enrolled with LPG in December of 2020 They were able to resolve some of my accounts. For the past 3 months I have been trying to get in touch with someone with no success. I recently found out by the attorney that has been working on my case that the company has closed (***************************) and that all cases were distributed to other companies. Do not EVER use this group for anything. I have not been able to ever reach anyone. They do not answer the phone or return answers to emails. Their web sight states its permanently closed. Yet, they withdrew my fee just yesterday. Avoid this business.
