I went through the same thing with LPG and had money taking out of my account with the same amount but different name. I dont know if anyone had this name OLGPC take out money but I did. I changed my account and I tried calling and got the same like everyone else so I hope we get all the money back we put into it. Terrible. Scammed out of over sixteen thousand dollars. Nothing that was promised happened & all of my debt remains. I dont know how people can do this and live with themselves
I've been enrolled with LPG three years and all of a sudden they have not answering any calls or emails. Just on hold for hours. They took two payments out of my account this months. They are terrible!!!
I got in contact with LPG Law Group to resolve some debt, since then they transferred my account to another company called ************ Group. I want to cancel my account with Oakstone because I can't afford to make the payments anymore, and I'd like to get a refund for the $ ***** that I paid to LPG before they transferred my account (without my permission) to Oakstone. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated!
I have same experience as many people. This company is a scam. I cannot reach anyone for 2 months and I started to call collections myself to settle. It's ridiculous. They promised that I will have a great credit score, however my score is worse than when I started with them. Don't get involved with LPG.
Two upcoming court cases and one already been. They have been taking my money and didnt do anything but get me sued in small claims court and civil court. I saw on the net they were having a bunch of issues. No answers no help no show no refund. I think this is gonna end up in a class action if it does I hope they get in touch with me. Since February 2023, Litigation Practice Group has been double billing me. I had to drive 51 miles (one way) to go to the closest physical branch of my bank to close my account which I've held for over 12 years. I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income, so it surprised me to see the first unexpected withdrawal from my checking account. I was a customer of LPG for 19 months. During that time, my bank account was withdrawn monthly by LPG for a total of $6502.11.In that 19 months, LPG provided none of the services that were promised to me, to work with my creditors to settle my debt. As far as I am concerned, I paid for a service that I did not receive. I began working with this group in February of 2021. Paid them a lot of money only to find out a couple months ago that everything has been transferred to another law firm who purchased alll of LPG's accounts. I called. I emailed. No response. Then they charged my account for a payment at random! I had to close an account I've had for over ***************************************** from further charges.
