I have been enrolled in their program since October 2020 and have paid them in access of ***** in monthly payments and they go to court a few times and then when a massive case is within a week of going to court I received and email stating that they cant represent me anymore. Then I send emails and sit on hold for over 8 hours in one day and never get anyone to answer the phone. Nor respond to any emails. They have you on hold for hours at a time. This was for a week When I finally did speak with 2 different agents. Agent 2 could not look up my account their system was being updated. Agent 2 2.5 hours later they were having technical difficulties he could not look up.my account. Would call me when it was back up. Needless to say 30 hours later I still have not heard from anyone. When I called today was on hold for 4 hours and never spoke to anyone.

Are you guys doing business still?Im trying to reach your company, but no one answers the phone call, wrong phone numbers listed, no call back, no email reply, your chat thru website is down, no way to reach you, not sure if you guys are still doing business.

Try calling for service weeks in reference to being bill twice in same month. I emailed called a faxed with no response. Finally received a email with new number ( again not a working number) by law they are required to refunded all money taken for this service. Have not received a reply. Would like to take a class action against this company with others that have been scammed

I also got took by this Company, I paid ******* to them, and they disappeared a few weeks ago I get a call asking for one last payment! I said I paid the full cost, they said well we own the accounts now and you owe one last payment, I said no I don't! They said the other company is gone now and we own the accounts, so we're dropping you...I said I want a refund! They said not there issue, I'm out ******* dollars!

Absolutely horrible! Tried to call multiple times and have been put on hold for two hours at a time. They do not respond to messages on their portal or emails. DO NOT hire these people! They are a rip off!

Bunch of bullsh*t! If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is and this is a prime example! I really feel dumb for falling for this company and it's promises! Now I need to figure out what I'm going to do to get out of this mess

This ************************* convinced me to sign up to have my Creditors stop all contact with me and that they would dispute the legal validity of my debts. They contacted me initially to make it look like they were on the job letting all my criditors to not contact me or file collection against me. They wouold represent me against all collection activity.
