I have the same issue as the other reviewers. They sent an email saying that due to poor customer service, they were transferring my file to a new group in **, effective 2 days before the email. I never had a customer service issue. I called and they had changed their phone #. This is weird. The email even had words missing & grammatical errors. I feel I was a victim of a scam. LPG didnt help me with anything. However, I was more in a bind after trusting them. Especially getting a loan to pay them. Which they got on my behalf. They were never available when I needed them.

LOG HAS TAKEN $280 A MONTH FROM ME FOR 18 MONTHS. AT FIRST I HEARD FROM THEM. NOW NOTHING. ALL ADVERTISED PHONE # ARE NO GOOD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

I enrolled in there debt validation program and have been paying $230 a month for over a year. I asked them to remove me from the program and refund my money. They are still taking monthly payments. I am now trying to have the bank stop the payments. The program states if you are not satisfied with the program, they will refund your money. Nothing as been refunded yet.

I paid everything I agreed to in the contract. Now I'm being sued for 2 loans that were in my program!!! I sent them ALL the paperwork via **** because their fax# doesn't work anymore!! I'm on disability and only receive $1,061.00 a month. They prey on the weak and helpless. Let's get a class action suit going and save us all from their fraudulant ways!! they lie, steal and hide behind their practice!!!!

They are full of it. I have trying to get in touch with the phone numbers on the paperwork and it rings ones then it get busy. You send emails and an automated email responds back. They have a policy stating that they will refund customer there money and they are running from the people they are robbing people and **********************, is their lead attorney

Looks like a scam taking advantage of people already needing help. Wish I had checked this site before signing their contract. Unable to contact them after by phone.

Terrible. Absolutely abominable service. Biggest, most elaborate scam ever. I seriously hope they get sued to all heck and back, and that we all get our money back. I've been paying for almost a year. Nothing has been resolved. I got sued by one creditor and still had to pay them and LPG. I try and try to call and email but don't get any response. I'm fed up! I literally am having to close my bank account and open a new one, just to stop the payments from coming out. Stay far. Far away from this mess.
