This company appears to have taken advantage of my father. I have recently discovered that my Dad was paying $607 per month for help to reduce his debt. Although my father (battling stage 4 cancer) thought that paying them monthly would eliminate this debt. I am in the same situation as the complaints made about this company. I paid ****** a month for a year and get a email that they sold my contract. They took a payment 2-18-2023. I had to stop the payment with my bank ..I am a senior citizen. I believe this company is scamming people. I would like a full refund since they did not honor their contract.
I would rate less but the system makes me pick one star- to anyone thinking about doing this U WILL REGRET ITDo not do it You will not get your money back Youre credit will drop severely They will sell the debt to **************** like *********** group in my case, then they will NEVER ANSWER THE ***** when u need customer service!!!!
Is anyone interested in trying to do a class action against these people? I am going to see a bankruptcy attorney tomorrow and try to get advice on this. These people are total scam artists. I don't think the firm is legit; I think it's just a scam by some good computer people. Unfortunately, I am not local as I live in SC and would need some local CA people to jump on board with this. They sold to another law group. I was not notified before hand and they still managed to take out payment. Now any number to call is disconnected. They are shady and do not get involved.
Started the program 2+ years ago to help me pay the creditors, but now when the creditors *** me in court this company blocked my number and didn't cooperate with me. Basically left me hanging and don't know what to do. Any suggestions for next steps?
This company socks. They lie and take your money ..hurt your credit..and practice illegally and unethically.I want a refund ..I am on disability and need all my money to try and fix my credit issues that occurred while I was waiting for over 2 Years with no income to win my disability case ************* has multiple law suits against them
