We trusted these people and they do good work but thy took an extra payment this month and we sent a copy of the bank statement showing they took the payment twice. Since the 7th we have recieved nothing back from them you hold on the phone hours on end no one answers and they hang up No message and no call back once before they took money from our bank account before the withdrawal agreement date and ******** our account however they did take the withdrawl fee off the next payment an we got call backs now theres been nothin... read more

I agree with every one of these complaints, I was taken by this company to, I am now trying to start a complaint against this company but am having trouble filing online. Would only put a tiny little dot on a tar if I could. ***********************
I originally applied to this company for assistance consolidating my debt. However, I was able to pay off most of my loans myself. I have informed this company 3 days prior via email that I would no longer need their assistance. They confirmed that with me on Monday, but still withdrew an ACH payment from my checking account. I have been attempting to contact them but have not been able to speak to anyone about this matter. I need help resolving this situation and having that payment refunded back into my checking account.
Thay are unprofessional.stay on phone 20 min conect to some one.thay take my money from my account and do nathink.i try to take my money back .no one answered.
Not a debt consolidation! Your credit score will decrease, they don't pay the creditors, they don't get anything removed from your credit report, your creditors will keep contacting you for payment, when you try to call you only get an automated message and never get to talk to anyone.

I also received an email from another company that my account has been transfered to them without hearing anything from LPG that this would happen.
This is a horrible company. This company is a Fraud. the company has not done anything they promised they would do for me. It take about 3 months for credit company to ************ six months later nothing is done. $433.78 is my payment. I told them stop taking my money out. Please do not deal with these people. It's a scam and they have done absolutely nothing regarding my account with them. My credit is really bad now because of them. My credit was at least average when I started with these crooks. Now, I m going to have to call all the accounts they were supposed to be taking care of. What a joke right?? I was completely scammed by this company. Promised they would help me resolve $22,000 I owed in credit card debt by invalidating the debt. I was told Id only have to pay them half of what I owed in debt which was $11,000 over the course of 2.5 years.
