LPG owes me a refund for paying off a 24k loan they were working on. Now they have my calls forwarded to another office that says LPG is responsible for this and they cannot do anything. I cant speak to them ** they blocked my number. They confirmed they owe me thousands said I would be paid in **** business days. We are about 1.5 months passed that and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Im now taking legal action.
Unable to reach this company & have now been served to appear in court for my debt which they assured me they would handle. I agreed to a $7000 fee, deducted automatically from my bank account at $400 per month. I am one year into the agreement & am now being chased, harassed & threatened by my creditors. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Major scam!!!
wow I think i got caught on this spiderweb. Luckily I looked into it and saw all the other reviews and to see what they have done to other people. So now I am trying to stop them from taking more money but hopefully I can get my money back. I've tried calling them and they are taking long to answer and i'm not even getting an automated system. So for sure they are not legit. Uggghhh next time I will know to check with the BBB before doing any business with anyone.
This company is a fraud I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund because they have not knocked anything off of my credit report. Now they have sold to another firm to take over. After they transferred my account they still pulled money out of my account. I did not expect that charge to come out. I am going to a local lawyers office today

Still have not received any responses to this from the company, been waiting weeks for a call back, they blocked me from emailing them, extreme fraud.
The only reason Im giving this a one star is because 0 is not an option. Luckily I only did this for one month and am out $286. I told them I have read reviews and this is a complete scam. I told them I wanted a refund. They said my refund was approved on December 15th and it would take ***** business days for my money to credit back to my account. Id leave no stars if I could. So unprofessional and unresponsive. Ive almost paid in $2000 and they have done nothing besides ruin my credit. When trans union contacted me directly for suspicious activity on my account I knew it was a scam. I want my money back!!!
I signed up with the *** on Nov 28, 2022 for help with my debts. I went through the entire process, signed all the forms and breathed a sigh of relief that I was getting some help. I received a welcome packet in the mail from **************************, Head Attorney at the Litigation Practice Group a few days later explaining the Customer Portal and how to use it. DONT DO IT! Thank you for all of these reviews. I signed up with this company yesterday and post dated my first payment purposely so I could check them out. There is literally not 1 good review anywhere, even current and former employees stating they aren't honest and steal. I was super uneasy about it and immediately called today to cancel and cancelled my debit card as well.
