The service was not great I canceled the program in time for a refund still have received my refund
We need to look into filing a class action suit on this corrupt organization!!
If you are serious about getting out of debt and follow the instructions, I would recommend using LPG. If you cant follow instructions, then dont.
This company is a joke and they are horrible. No one knows what the other is doing and they have no clue what they are doing. They are liars and crooks. I have been paying them for OVER three years and nothing has been resolved, and nothing has changed other than my bank account since they took over $16,000 of my money. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. THEIVES CROOKS.
I was with these people for almost a year I paid almost 160 every 2 weeks I was having financial problems asked to be put on delay they kept on taking money out wasn't able to take any more money out so they let me go kept over $3,000 I really got screwed thanks a lot
I signed up for the program with LPG and then soon after talking with my family about doing that we came up with another solution to pay the debt. I was nervous that LPG might drag their feet in letting me cancel, but that was not the case. I did send them an email, certified mail and fax, just to cover all my bases..... but they sent me a confirmation of cancellation soon after, no issues.

Even one star is too many!! LPG was six months of worry until yesterday when I decided enough was enough. When talking to their "affiliates", I got laughed at and spoken to like I was stupid and a waste of their time. I was told they would call me ever 30 days with an update on my account and they didn't. When I asked them about it, they said they tried to communicate but they couldn't reach me yet I had no voice mails on my phone and no emails. If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD ! I was going to join this group then asked for my payment to be delayed until AFTER the holidays. I was told that my payment of ****** wouldn't be debited from my account until January 13 of 2023. They tried to take that amount out in October and thank God I had no money in that account at that time due to my funds being in another account.
