Been Two months waiting for a refund after I cancelled my subscription with them. They give the same scripted response every single time. Its been approved, can take up to 7 business days. No resolution, just excuses. Theyre a horrible representation of a debt resolution program.

I canceled their services before a deduction was taken out of my account after reading their reviews. They sent out cease and detest letters to some of my creditors anyway. I went to make a purchase with my card and it was declined. I called the company and was told my account was closed because of the letter they sent. Their move has affect... read more

The Litigation Practice Group has been the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I felt lured into a great program. Its very easy and convenient to begin the process but once they start pulling money from the bank account representation disappears. It took me over a week to get someone on the phone to be put on hold for 45 minutes. I canceled my program. The lady I spoke with was very rude and could give me no answers to any of my questions. I paid almost $1000 and $0 went to creditors. All went to representation that I felt ne... read more

I graduated college a few years ago with an excitement to begin my career and make a life for myself. I had to pay my way through, which left me with a ton of debt at the end. I was able to get a job right out of school, but it wasnt enough to pay my loans and credit debt I had gotten in school. It was really frustrating to feel like i was beginning my life three steps behind everyone else. I knew there had to be a better option. One of my coworkers had just graduated like me and was in a similar situation. He told me about ... read more

My brother and I had taken over my mothers finances after we realized she could no longer do it herself. We had no idea how much debt she had gotten herself into over the last two years. Her dementia had gotten so bad she began to charge everything to her credit cards but forgot to pay them. We werent able to pay them off on our own, or even use her resources to pay it off. We spoke with a couple financial advisors and they all recommended bankruptcy. We didnt think that was a solution, so we went to the internet. I started ... read more
