I am frustrated with how this company handles consumers. I have being waiting on an answer regarding my payment plan for over a month. Then someone today tells me that the policy was changed recently. How continent for me. Funds were taken out my bank account 8/2/22 when they were suppose to be drafted 8/15/22. Still waiting on a refund. Called on 8/18/22 to get out the program the employee with Litigation Practice Group was very rude to me.

Me ayudaron con mis deudas, es la mejor compaa, **** una deuda muy grande que no pens resolver tan pronto, los primeros dudaba un poco de la credibilidad pero poco a poco fui obteniendo resultados.

I signed up with LPG in 2020 and they have done an excellent job. I am very pleased with the timely manner in which ********** and ********************** handled my cases. both Attorney's staff was very efficient in corresponding with me. Also customer service always responded in a timely manner. I would recommend this group for debt solutions.

Stay clear of this business. I started with them back in 2020. Everything seemed legit. They were deducting money from my bank account and everything was going well. They actually set up 3 payment plans with creditor that i am currently paying on. Skip to 2022, I had not heard from them for a while and when I attempted to call/ email etc no one would contact me back. I recieved a garnishment not once but twice for a couple of accounts. I am another "fool" who signed up for this "rip off" service about 6 months ago and have been paying $510 a month for the past 6 monrths...have gotten NO help whatsoever--yet I've paid out over $3,000!!! I'm just furious, as I'm retired and on a fixed income. All I want is my $3,000 back. My bank is just furious with this place, as it's always putting me in the negative, and I have to pay, . all these insufficient funds fees. making it difficult, if not impossible for me to get caught.up I get so stressed out, horrible migra... read more

I reluctantly used this service. They literally hounded me to the point that I was getting over 5 or 6 phone calls a day.I tried to explain to them that I was on a fixed income due to Disability and I really did not have any extra to pay them. Last month I told them that I was not able to make my Installation payment and they took it out anyway. Now they are calling and leaving texts and emails after I was able to get my funds back into my Checking Acct. I told them in a previous email that I was cancelling their service. Th... read more

This group ruined my life. I was sued twice and had to tap into my retirement. I'm going to a non profit consumer credit councilor to help sort it out and get my life back. Avoid this group and don't believe any of the promises they make. They also have no customer service, it seems like they are reading their advice to you from a script and really have no interest in your well being.

Terrible service. Wont refund deposit! 5 days after started Refusing refund. DO NOT use the service
